Milwaukee teen helps organize Parkland-inspired national youth summit on gun violence

Like many kids growing up in Milwaukee, Tatiana Washington has had a personal experience with gun violence.

In March 2017, her aunt was killed in a murder-suicide, shot by her husband before he turned the gun on himself. But it was a massacre of strangers 1,500 miles away a year later — most of them teenagers like herself — that drove her to the streets.
